Mudtoads,

Well, it finally happened.  We finished our last meet for the 2026 season today with an amazing showing at City Meet.  Although we finished with a tied 3-2 record for the Red Division, we unfortunately did not get a trophy this year.  But hey, it's summer swim and we had a phenomenal showing at City Meet with an overall 2nd place finish!  We had 66 personal bests today and a new team record!

A record was broken today in the Girls 11-12 50m Butterfly

New Record:

2026, Kallie Harper: 31.74 seconds

Old Record

2015, Alyssa Reilly: 31.85 seconds

Our female Mudtoads absolutely crushed it with commanding win over every other team (next team scored 25 less points than us).  Also, our 200m Women's freestyle relay team took the GOLD for the FIFTH year in a row!!  

Our boys' team had some super-fast times today, but we don't currently have the depth to compete in the older age groups.  We will continue to improve and will bring it next year!

Thank you to all the volunteers who continually stepped up throughout the season, summer swim could not happen without you!

I look forward to seeing each and every one of you tomorrow night at the banquet.  Eat before you get there, because we will not have dinner this year.  Although we won't have food, a Sweet Frogs truck will be there to sugar your kids up before bedtime!
