Since I've received a couple questions already about this, I thought that I'd share the current city meet qualifying times.  Qualifying times haven't been modified in over 5 years and after the league reviewed all data from the last 4-5 seasons, they've concluded that times should be adjusted.  The end goal is to have ~30-40% of swimmers in each category make city meet qualifying times.  Historical data has shown that some events only had ~20% qualify while others had ~60% qualify. These times will be for at least the next two seasons and will be reviewed after the 2027 season.  I have attached the current qualifying times...a number of times have changed from last season.
