Good Evening Mudtoad Parents!

Tomorrow is a jammed-packed day starting with pancake breakfast after each practice, our swimsuit pop-up shop, and ending with our showdown @ Colony tomorrow night!

Here's the essential info you need to know:

• Arrival: 5:00pm for 5:15 warmups
• Address: 347 Eastwood Dr NN
• Parking: Colony has a small pool parking lot but you can park on the neighborhood streets around the pool
• Seating: The Visitor side is along the baby pool and behind the diving board. Please bring a chair and be careful not to block the pathway to concessions!
• Concessions: Hamburgers, hot dogs, & BBQ sandwiches. Concession stand is cash or card. They are also doing a bake sale which will be cash only.
• Meet Entries: By now you should see your swimmer's events in the app. Heat/lane assignment will not be available until 5:45pm on meet day.

Finally, I want to encourage families to consider staying and cheering the entire meet. I understand that meet nights can run long, but the coaches are making every effort to put in every swimmer who is available to swim into the meet. The more swimmers we have in a meet, the longer the meet runs; however, we felt that the trade-off would be a pool deck filled with swimmers cheering each other on. This was not the case at the end of the Windy Point meet and, unfortunately for those who left early, you missed some exciting relays at the end. Marlbank has be a team known for having over-the-top team spirit for decades. We have been a team other teams are jealous of. I know with our lack of home meets this month and crazy weather, this season's start may have felt disjointed. I hope you will consider staying tomorrow night to see some exciting swimming and to (hopefully) see us take down Colony for the first time in as far back as I can remember.
